No. When bone marrow or blood derived adult mesenchymal stem cells are obtained, additional biological factors are frequently used in an attempt to increase numbers and effectiveness of cells. Such amplification methods are unnecessary at CSCTC because our adipose derived stem cell harvesting and isolation technique yields extremely high numbers of stem cells. In reviewing outcomes data, treatment cell numbers appears to correlate with treatment success.  more
