have just had new glass roof fitted to a conservatory and one of the panels does not shed rainwater in the same way as the other 3. the installers have sent another company to investigate and they at first said that it was a different type of glass and would arrange for it to be replaced. now they say all they need to do is come and spray it with a coating.... i feel as if I am being ripped off am I?
