The salary for a Dental Practice Manager can be a set salary or in some cases it may be a salary plus a percentage of the net gross...The reality is that because the level of success a particular practice has is a varied as the number of dentist there are in a given area, the DPM salary can vary greatly from say as little as $1800.00 per year to some I know of that reached $50,000 per year. Let me make a personal observation of your initial inquiry, when you ask the question, "How much "do" a Dental Practice Manager get paid"....You put that in writing on any dental employment questionnaire and your application will immediately hit "file 13", the trash can....Maybe it was only a typo in this case, but it's important you present yourself as educated, and professionally qualified to fill the position. As a DPM you can make or break a dental practice by how efficiently and professionally you handle the job.  more
