A All service categories for Title III-E are defined in PM 03-10. Placement is defined as, "a supplemental service to assist caregivers in securing appropriate living arrangements". Q Under the Title III/VII Service Unit Plan Objectives, NAPIS Category #15 (Other Title III) for the services you are now asking us to specify, what constitutes a unit of service for disease prevention/health promotion, Medication Management, etc. Why are we doing this? A This has been requested in previous Area Plans. Division 4000 and PM 01-03 contain information related to this topic. We need to know what AAAs are using to define unit of service. The revision of the SUP for 2004-05 includes this addition to the template as a reminder to insert service units.
