Military: the Royal Military College, the Canadian Forces School of Communications and Electronics, the First Canadian Divisional Headquarters and Signal Regiment, the Canadian Forces Staff College, and a bunch of smaller units. School: RMC (above), Queen's University, St. Lawrence College. Prisons: 7 prisons in and about the Kingston area. Tourism: Old Fort Henry is the largest attraction, but there are plenty of others. Alcan (aluminium) and Dupont (mostly making nylon) also have large plants there, although these have declined somewhat in recent years.  more
