It is correct that each cell of the body is made up of many components, one of which is memory. It is not the same as the mind having a memory, yet it sends chemicals throughout the body because of the memory. Therefore the body retains on a cellular level all of the things that have happened to you during your lifetime. The cells have memory of good things, of traumatic things, and of physical things. You can impact the cellular memory in several ways. You can use an affirmation by asking that your cells release the negative memories that are stored. You can make this as a demand if needed. You can erase the memory also by releasing your fear and by living without fear; you then begin to insert so many good memories that the bad or negatives recede. They are, however, always a part of the cellular makeup. Therefore to say an affirmation of releasing the negative or bad memories from your cells is valid.
