If a physical product is defective or has been damaged prior to reaching its destination, please contact us no later than 14 days after receipt of the product, and we will either refund you in full or send you a replacement product. Please notify us before returning the item. We can only accept returns for physical products that are damaged or defective. Some of our guides are provided by independent publishers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee for the quality of the design and content of such guides, and you agree that differences from traditional books do not constitute a defect. We may deviate from the product descriptions as far as this deviation is reasonable, e.g. because of fluctuations customary in trade and technical production processes.  more
