While many people report positive results with little or no change in their diet, we always recommend that people maintain a healthy diet consisting of fresh vegetables & fruits, fish & seafood, and poultry & meats. Avoid refined processed hydrogenated oils (found in most "junk food"). Other items to avoid are white flour & sugar products like pasta, cakes, pies, candies, breads, white refined rice, pizza, etc. In addition, bread products that contain extra added gluten should be avoided or minimized. As a final note...avoid sodas (regular & diet) and drink plenty of pure water.
